Serving South Texas & Beyond

NET Midstream’s assets include NET Mexico Pipeline, which delivers gas produced in the Eagle Ford Shale to industrial, commercial and residential customers in Mexico, Eagle Ford Midstream, which serves producers and gas processors in the Eagle Ford Shale, Monument Pipeline, which serves local gas distribution customers and producers in the Houston area, South Shore Pipeline, which serves the gas requirements of the City of Corpus Christi and Mission Valley and LaSalle Pipelines, which serve power generators in South Texas.

NET Mexico Pipeline

NET Mexico Pipeline, LP, (“NET Mexico”) is a 120-mile, 42″ and 48″ diameter natural gas pipeline with associated compression. The pipeline was placed into service in December 2014. NET Mexico is anchored by a long term firm gas transportation agreement, for 2.1 Bcf/d, with MGI Supply Ltd., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Pemex Gas y Petroquimica Basica, the Mexican state-owned gas company. NET Mexico transports gas from nine interconnects at the Agua Dulce Hub in Nueces County, Texas to a point near Rio Grande City, Texas in Starr County.

Eagle Ford Midstream

Eagle Ford Midstream, LP (“EFM”) is a 158 mile, 16”, 24’ and 30” pipeline in the Eagle Ford Shale lean gas window in South Texas. The system was developed in 2 phases. The initial phase was to transport producer’s gas to NET’s La Salle Pipeline and Transco and was completed in 2011. The second phase is a 30” pipe that was completed in 2012 and was initially built to transport residual gas from Western Gas Partner’s Brasada Gas Plant in La Salle County to interstate and intrastate pipes near Agua Dulce.

LaSalle Pipeline

LaSalle Pipeline, LP (“LaSalle”) is a 52-mile pipeline system that serves South Texas Electrical Cooperative’s Pearsall Power Facility. LaSalle receives its gas supply from Eagle Ford Midstream as well as Transco’s McMullen Lateral.

Monument Pipeline

Monument Pipeline, LP (“Monument”) is a 150 mile gathering and transportation pipeline from Enstor’s Katy Hub to the Houston Ship Channel. Monument serves residential customers in South Houston and industrial markets along the Houston Ship Channel. The southern portion of the pipeline gathers production in Brazoria, Fort Bend and Galveston Counties.

South Shore Pipeline

South Shore Pipeline, LP (“South Shore”) has been the exclusive gas supplier of the City of Corpus Christi in Nueces County, Texas since 2001.

Mission Valley Pipeline

Mission Valley Pipeline serves the Sam Rayburn Power Plant in Nursery Texas, owned by the South Texas Electrical Cooperative (“STEC”).
